Arrival times

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the commencement of your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to get settled, changed, relax and consultation time with your therapist. Late arrival will reduce your treatment time, as running late has a follow on effect to the next client.

Salon booking & Cancellation Policy

• We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment.
• Our answering machine is on 24hours a day, phone 03)52291150
• All appointments require your credit card to secure bookings.
• If you do not arrive for your booking without notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the service you booked. Gift vouchers will be voided. This fee will be charged to your credit card.
• Constant “NO SHOW” appointments will need to pre-pay all future appointments.
• Clients who are very late for the booked appointment time, need to be re-booked. This has a follow on effect to the next clients who are on time, disrupting their schedule.
• Lack of cancellation notice (24 hours or more), last minute cancellations and no show appointments will incur the fee of 50% (charged to credit card).
• The salon books an appointment time that require time and service of a therapist. Common courtesy to cancel/rebook with sufficient notice is appropriate.
