Arrival times

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the commencement of your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to get settled, changed, relax and consultation time with your therapist. Late arrival will reduce your treatment time, as running late has a follow on effect to the next client,

Cancellation Policy

• We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment.
• Appointments of more than 2 hour duration, require a 50% redeemable deposit fee to secure bookings.
• If you do not arrive for your booking without notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the service you booked. Gift vouchers will be voided. (For less than 8 hours cancellation notice). This fee will be added to your next visit. Our answering machine is on 24hours a day. Text messaging to our mobile phone service.
• Constant “NO SHOW” appointments will need to pre-pay all future appointments.
• Clients who are very late for the booked appointment time, need to be re-booked. This has a follow on effect to the next clients who are on time, disrupting their schedule.
